Welcome to our holiday home! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Our house has been setup with families like ours in mind who want a luxurious, fun filled, low stress time away. Cool features about this property include:

OUTSIDE - Dual outdoor living zones. The large downstairs pool deck features a 10 seater dining setting, outdoor lounge suite and sun loungers next to the beautiful, tiled, solar heated pool (3.6x6.1m). Access to the pool deck is via the downstairs living area or fully fenced back garden. - Large landscaped garden with lawn and treetop cubby house, tree swing, slide - Fully fenced with remote controlled electronic entry gates

INSIDE: - Two separate living areas with UHD LED televisions, soundbars, and custom-made lounge suites and furnishings. The downstairs lounge opens onto the front garden and rear pool deck, and the upstairs lounge opens onto the elevated deck and outdoor dining area. - Year-round comfort with an open fireplace (upstairs), split system reverse cycle air conditioners upstairs and down, electric heaters in all rooms, ceiling fans in bedrooms 1-4, and a gas heater in the large downstairs lounge. - Open plan kitchen with everything you need for your holiday, including all modern appliances, 900m oven/cooktop, barista espresso machine, and even high end plasticware for drinks by the pool! - Five bedrooms in total with four on the ground floor along with the main bathroom, and the master suite and ensuite upstairs, catering perfectly for multi family groups, with high quality mattresses and bedding: B1: 1 x Master Queen Bed with Ensuite. This is our family house so please look after it for us! We do have a few rules: - No group bookings under 28 years of age. - Strictly no parties or events - This is restricted by the Shire for all holiday rentals and is monitored - Please no glass in the pool area to avoid injury - plastic glass/table ware is provided - This is a no smoking property at all times - If you want to bring a pet - please provide us with details before booking. Approved pets are allowed inside but please keep them off the furniture and clean up after it in the garden

The property is secured by electric remote-controlled gates on the driveway and a secure pedestrian gate with access code. Please note: for security purposes the property has smart security cameras at the front entrance and rear of the property. This ensures we can keep the property and contents secure and allows us to validate guests on arrival if we cannot meet you in person.
